Future of St. Mary's Update

On December 6, 2009, Parish Council President Nick Boosalis presented an update to the ongoing discussion on the Future of St. Mary's. The primary topic covered during this presentation was to inform the parish about various water related issues at the church and possible solutions.

Parish Vision

Mission Statement

To proclaim, celebrate, and share the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ in accordance with the Orthodox Tradition.

Tasks

Hear the good news of what God has done in Jesus Christ (preaching, evangelism, mission);

Pray in order to be sanctified by the Holy Spirit (worship, the Sacraments, fasting);

Grow in knowledge by learning the new life in Christ and the Orthodox Tradition (catechism, Bible study, education);

Serve the poor, suffering, and needy, and bear witness to the Kingdom of God by working for social and economic justice;

Share our lives with each other (fellowship, meals, social and cultural events).

 


Sunday Worship

The Divine Liturgy is held every Sunday beginning at 9:30 AM. The Divine Liturgy is preceded by Orthros beginning at 8:30 AM. For additional information, consult the Calendar.
